I was frustrated with not being able to lose weight and lacking energy when working out. I also knew rolling into 2016 I needed help figuring out how to eat right to be able to train and race at my best.
I don’t even know where to start as there have been so many benefits besides losing weight. I feel stronger and I am definitely able to train harder. I am learning how to make healthy choices and eat a balanced diet that gives me consistent energy throughout the day. All of this carries over to my family as we are all eating healthier now.
I cannot tell everyone enough what a difference you have made in my everyday life and ability to train harder and longer. I am so excited for the 2016 season!
