Designed to integrate with your lifestyle and available training hours, the Performance training plan is built around key races so that an athlete progresses and peaks effectively. Performance athletes receive expert coaching assistance in monthly emails, a Race Smart newsletter, and phone calls once every 4 weeks.
This coaching package is ideal for:
- The self-sufficient athlete who wants to maximize their training investment.
- An experienced athlete or coach who wants a customized training plan but doesn’t require frequent feedback and ongoing support.
- The athlete who has a stable schedule and available training hours.
- The self-motivated athlete who has experience modifying training schedules and adjusting weekly workouts, and who is not injury prone.
This coaching package is not ideal for:
- The inexperienced or beginner athlete who needs ongoing support.
- The athlete who tends to become over-trained or under-recovered easily and is injury prone.
- The athlete with a complicated work/life schedule that includes lots of travel, or fluctuating work hours/days.
